Announcement: Changes to Password Parameters
We would like to inform you that updates have been made to our password parameters to enhance security.
The key changes include:
- After 5 unsuccessful attempts, users will be locked out for 15 minutes;
- Password length: minimum 8 characters, alphanumeric with special characters;
- Users can only change their password once within a day;
- Users will be prompted to change their password every 180 days;
- Users cannot reuse their last 5 passwords;
- Users will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity on the portal.
